This seminar is not just for actors! It’s a seminar that combines Eastern philosophy with Western thought. In this seminar, we are training our body, by training our breathing. It concerns ages from 9 to 99 years.

This two-weekend seminar will take place in October, during the following days: 9/10/2021, 10/10/2021, 16/10/2021 and 17/10/2021. Each meeting will last 1.5 to 2 hours, with an arrival time at 17:00 and an approximate completion at 19.00. The total participation cost is 85 euros for all 4 days.
