For the best protection of the trainees’ health, we organize music-therapeutic Yoga classes that take place in an open space at 44 Dimitriou Gounari Street, in Agia Paraskevi.

Every Tuesday, from 19:00 to 20:30, the studio welcomes new trainees to an outdoor Yoga class. The class is accessible to students of all levels. Some classes will be accompanied by live, peaceful, classical music with guitar.
